If you brought the software from us directly or if you for some other reason do not receive the support you like, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.
All support tickets will be filed into our support management system (Zendesk) and a support agent will contact you as soon as possible. Once you file a ticket, an e-mail will be sent to you. You can add information or correspond with our support team by replying to this e-mail.
